Indeed .... You try so very hard to maintain the integrity of your thread topic ! There are of course instances such as this one where it is practically impossible to do so ..... and it's truly a pitiful shame.

You possess a great deal of exceptional and remarkably accurate LDS wisdom for those of us here on CDF if we would but only listen !

Your many excellent LDS discourses over the last few years have truly allowed me to develop an extremely favorable and appreciative opinion of the LDS Church and the great folks among it's extensive membership.

Keep up the great work Katzpur and please do not be discouraged by some of the rather obstinate little buddies that appear to inhabit the gloomy backwaters of good old CDF !

Thanks / Old Sgt. Lamar
Lamar, it is truly people like you and a few others here who keep me from just quitting the forum altogether. We all need to do a little more listening and trying to understand one another, and a little less judging and condemning.

Hi Katzpur,

I believe that those that are judged and find themselves in darkness need to reap what they have sown but have the opportunity to progress. Like you, I believe that those that do not know God will come to know the truth in the spirit world and choose still of their own free will.

I believe that those that are at-one with the Father here on Earth will find their home in the spirit world to be a lovely heaven like place but I do not believe that souls are in a condition to inhabit the celestial heavens upon death. So there is still progress to be had. To me this makes a lot of sense. Our souls need to progress and become truly divine like unto the divinity of the Father, and only such souls constitute and inhabit the Celestial or Divine Kingdom of God.

At-onement with our Heavenly Father is the goal.

I am curious, what is your belief on the soul being able to inhabit the highest of heavens? Do you believe that the doors to the highest of heavens will always be open?

Thanks, Sisterkat
