"The Eternal Purpose of Creation"

Genesis 1:27-28 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every thing that moveth upon the earth.

And the Christ came to show the created beings the way to accomplish this:

~Love God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself self.

Who is my neighbor?...they asked. The Samaritan who showed LOVE to a stranger. When you do this, you shall live. Luke 10:27-28

AISI

Peace!

All such verses and passages as above, If understood properly, makes it abundantly clear, that the world, the universe was founded for mans existence to fulfill Gods Eternal Purpose centered in Christ Jesus, which was a redemptive, soteriological purpose.
SBSG...Good study, wonderful verses... but I believe the purpose to be much more than 'redemptive, and soteriological'. Yes, redemption and the science of salvation is part of the process, but not the end purpose.

I believe the end purpose to be found in Revelation...

Rev 1:5-6
5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead,
and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us
from our sins in his own blood,
6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father;
to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Rev 5:10
10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Peace...Rkin

The Purpose is Redemptive, Rev 5:9-10

9And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Can anyone elaborate on this? I'm wondering to what extent this could be accomplished? Does this flesh that we constantly contend with impede this process to the point that we could never arrive the way we might like to?
Is this the main or only purpose for which Christ came into the world? How does this tie into the sin issue that we read so much about in Scripture?
It has been elaborated on many times inhere . . . but those who will not hear cannot be made to understand it. Our reality is in the consciousness of God (Universal Field). Our consciousnesses are cells of God consciousness in the process of development. They must acquire the same characteristics (at least some harmonic in resonance) of God's agape love for all life. Prior to Christ . . . no human consciousness even came close. Christ achieved perfect resonance (Identity) with God's consciousness in His human consciousness thereby connecting ALL human consciousness to God through His. That is how He is the only Way to God.

Our animal nature (the Serpent seen Here) is mindless (it responds only to pain and pleasure and cannot discriminate otherwise). It is concerned with our survival, avoidance of pain and enjoyment, period. Every drive it generates must be satisfied in some way. Only our Spirit can discriminate and control how it responds. The problem is our Spirit must mature sufficiently to gain that control . . . but the Serpent is fully mature and active from birth. That is the problem of sin (inappropriate unloving responses to our inner drives) by our immature Spirit failing to control and discriminate for the Serpent.
