We all have an assignment to carry out have we not? Some knowing there intent and purpose, others still seeking. Came across an awe inspiring article that I would just like to pass on to you friends. No comments are necessary, but if you must.......

Excerpt from the article:

In these last days as we watch our nation and world spiral into a spiritual abyss, the only real answer is seeing the lost won to Christ. Sharing our faith is what God has called His children to do. It doesn't matter who is in office, it doesn't matter what the church is doing, WE are the ones God has called to impact our nation and world. May we not be discouraged by what is happening in the world today, but be encouraged and faithful in fulfilling God's calling on our lives. YOU can make a difference!

When they padlock the doors of the churches in the United States! Impossible you say? That day is closer than you think my friend. If you would have told someone just 50 years ago that there would no longer be prayer in our schools, they would have called you crazy. If you would have told someone 50 years ago that crosses and manger scenes would be banned from public buildings, they would have called you crazy......

Awesome read! God Bless you Bill Keller.

Our role, as the Body of Christ, in these evil days is to maintain the order and decorum of God; to stand up for our Christian beliefs, although they're not the "popular" opinion, or standard; fight the good fight of faith and the enemy with all the Word in us, understanding when it's necessary to step back, and let God fight out battles; being disciplines despite the unwillingness of the world to learn and embrace God's Word; to make sure we have the heart of Christ, being careful not to be spiritual imposters...Most of all, to always know we're Victorious, no matter the circumstances; or how grim things look!

Why is this a surprise?

America is an offshoot of Europe. Wherever Europe goes, America will follow suit. Probably 20 to 40 years separate the two entities.

Religion is on the way out already.

What do we need to do?

For the Love that we have for Our Father in Heaven. We need to love each other, not judge each other so harshly and live by example.

We need to become more united as Christians.

We need to pray for God's Love to dwell within us in such great abundance that unbelievers will be drawn to us. When we do this, it is then that stirring is within us, that desire is there quite strongly to not fight, not judge, not worry about all of the doctrinal baggage, but to simply LOVE one another.

I have again said my peace

Today's youngsters don't identify themselves with religion. This is the generation of tomorrow. It's more of a reality now

I know they don't, but as we get older, we realize that there is something missing in our lives. It happens over and over again, in one generation after the next.

I think this is what it has devolved into over time. Originally the decorum was loving God and loving your neighbor as yourself (transforming the world by the living example of perfect sacrificial love). Now it seems to be standing up for beliefs (AKA maintaining 'correct' doctrine).
