When they go up they will go up. These are scientifically verifiable events.

The same scientists that give YOU the data also confirm (not their opinion mind you - just by the statistics - the same statistics you quote) that we are at a 'normal' pace this year.

Over the last 10 years we have seen a DECREASE in earthquakes of all sizes. When that changes the scientists (you know - the guys who you quote your info from) will say "Earthquakes on the rise!". Why? Because they report actual seismic events as accurately as they know how. Why? They are scientists who report facts.

This has just gotten beyond absurd.

Look - for those of you who like end time conspiracy theories - here's a great site.

Did New York Orchestrate The Asian Tsunami?

Enjoy!!!
If you were really, truly beyond words...everything you post would look something like this:

But you have an assignment to fulfill.....carry on.

Yes......show me too! I would really like to see the "decline" in seismic activity and/or magnitude 6.0 earthquakes (or better), over the last several years.

I would NOT be surprised. Back in 2005 I predicted a large quake near Jamaica. I was off by about 80 miles when one hit near Haiti a few months ago. Doesn't take much to predict. Find an area of the globe with moving tectonic plates and make a prediction. One will eventually be right.

Hey, you can have em all! I'll be relocating soon God's willing. These "preparations", year, after year takes a toll on you after a while. Not too mention I live DEEP and I mean deep south...(20 minutes from the first Key, and about 1 & 1/2 hours from Key West), not to mention the oil spill. The ocean is my "back yard" and I need to be able to fish with the children. Our favorite hobby of choice.

I'm not making a prediction, God forbid. It appears though, that there has been an increase of seismic activity there. Thinking about my family.....they don't want to leave.

Gee one might think that "we're all gonna die" except for the fact that the frequency of earthquakes is perfectly normal.

Besides on a planet billions and billions of years old, to say that there is any trend by counting them over a 5 month period is laughable, and even more so because the frequency is well within the normal.

The earth's tectonic plates continue their slow movements as usual, the normal physics of the planet, no signs, no omens, no gods controlling any of it.
