Dodge stratus electrical issues(power locks and windows not working) (GPS, drivers)

1. none of my windows work. wont roll up or down

2. the lock/unlock switch on car wont work. It only locks if i use the button on my keys.

3. the cigarette lighter wont work. i can't charge my cellphone or use a gps w/out this.

I know for the windows, there is a torn wire on the drivers side that needs to get fixed. thats not a fuse issue. im not sure about 2 and 3.

That torn wire may be your window problem if it goes to the master switch that locks out all the other window switches. What year is your Stratus?
