This will be the third time that we have had our jeep into the shop to get the back window fixed!!
They said the last time they had it in, that they replaced the motor in it.
Apparently not. It hasn`t been rolled down hardly at all since they supposedly fixed it. Today, I meant to roll down the front window, and accidently hit the back window button. All I heard was a weird noise, and realized the window would not roll back up. It is suppose to rain here tomorrow and they cannot get to us until Fri.
Is there anything else we can do? It is still under warranty, so its obvious that they are not really fixing the problem.

Welcome to the club I have an 06 Charger and I have the same problem with the rear windows. They replaced the both motors a few months back and today the same problem in just one of them. Next time I go in for a oil change I have to give them **** about this problem. Apparently the motors are defective.

It would have to be a number of things that would go wrong in a short time period to raise that flag!

Get it fix. Write to the Chrysler LLC HQ in Auburn Hills, Mi. about your experiences and enclose copies of your billing statements from the dealership. They are good to respond shortly after receiving your letter.

good luck!

If you heard a noise it's possible the glass came out of the track which is why it will not go back up. Put your head close to the rear door and have someone push the button, if you can hear like a humming sound then your motor is working. I have had problems in the past with old station wagons where the glass would get in a bind in the track or come out of the track and not go back up in the rear door.
