Willirm- this is my original post from over 2 years ago. Life got in the way and I hadn't been back on here.

I have a friend who was is a retired city cop who was the first on the scene. Very gory and possibly made to look like something it wasn't.
Marty and Janie, not Jamie are my brothers and my age which is 52 and 49. So they were 8 and almost 6 back in 1969 when the murder occurred.

Yes, I remember Debbie Dappen. We were friends as very young children.

I remember this murder. It occurred in August, 1964. The boy who sexually assaulted her, murdered her, and hid her body under the porch, was named George P. Rickey. He was released at the age of 18, and is still in the free world.
I am from Texas, where he had relatives. In the summer of 1964, he visited those relatives in Texas. Days before he murdered Debbie Dappin, he dragged me into a garage of a vacant house, sexually assaulted me, and then choked me until I was unconscious. I came to, alone in the garage, and ran home. I was not taken seriously until days later, he succeeded in killing his victim.
I searched for him for years and found him living in Iowa. Before I could notify authorities, he had moved again.
In my opinion, those people do not stop offending. He could have returned to the Cincinnati area, if so keep your little girls close. He is dangerous.

I know that this is a serious topic, but the newspaper ads are amazing.

I remember this one...she was close to my age and my friends and I would reenact the murder. We lived in Mt. Washington!

The papers online say he was acquitted, but they are doing DNA testing on her bloodstained clothes to look at another suspect:
