It will not only be back next week, but if history holds true will last up and through Sept. Expect those who are now returning to school before Labor Day to complain about the impressive heat if their rooms are not AC.

I am looking forward to it! Actually, I am thinking on biking the endless miles of bike trails here in Dayton, or kayaking on the river. What are all you people doing in this heat, if you are not staying indoors.

Thankfully we have a pool. That is the only way to deal with the horrible hot and humid weather.

I dont think its just Cincy, its the midwest in general. I live in MI and our weather is so "iffy", we have it much worse than the other midwest states as far as fluctuation of temperature goes.

Yea, last summer was basically freezing. In fact we didnt even have a summer last year, the temps stayed in the 50's to 60's the entire summer. But this year, we've had temps from the 80's on up and this started in April.

I actually just got back from a trip to Arkansas and Louisiana and it was actually hotter in MI and OH than it was down there.

But for the record, I love it like this!

It's not.

I just stated this in the last post ... all this info is available for everyone to see. Try National and Local Weather Forecast, Hurricane, Radar and Report for ref.

Isn't there a pool or pool-like area down in Sawyer Point on the riverfront?
