Default No there's not police people

The reason why there's no police is because there's no were to park and wait for someone to give a ticket to. Yes I do agree with you about people going 75 in a construction zone wait until you go to Chicago or Texas they'll go 95 in a 50 and a construction zone.

Construction zones are just that, areas where construction is being done on the highway. There are disruptions, temporary lane changes, reduced width lanes with temporary barriers, a whole gamut of things. It just amazes me how many people feel so inconvenienced at this they will just blow through like nothing is happening. I relate this to the general feeling of speeding, those who feel entitled will blow by construction zones with the same attitude they display regularly - I am not the problem eveyone else is.

Yeah, 75 could benefit from a few cops. Even as a self proclaimed speeder, I was appalled at how people were driving between Cincinnati and Dayton. Most of the people were blowing through the construction zone at 70 to 80mph and switching lanes across solid white lines. Driving on 75 is a sharp contrast from 71.

I'm also seeing drivers changing lanes across solid white lines on 75 south coming into cincy on a regular basis.

No. Wait a minute...

What in the @#$% (world) is wrong with I-75 between Downtown and Paddock Rd?????

North or South Bound, it doesn't matter, AM or PM, it doesn't matter--there's is always an accident, breakdown....something that keeps it from flowing. And it's just not that damn difficult, do Cincy drivers (and the worst, SE Indiana and Northern Kentucky drivers in that order) need a perfectly straight, flat highway to be able to get those few miles without crashing?

The LAST thing we need is cops on that stretch of 75 between the river and Galbraith...the last time I saw a cop pull someone over on 75, they used the far right lane...needless to say that caused a bottleneck for about 15 miles.

I run I-75 bewteen Dayton & Cincinnati about 4 times/day. There's usually some police presence there most of the time. During daylight hours, the OSHP frequently sets up multiple car/motorcycle speed traps and pulls vehicles over regularly. And, yes, crossing solid white lines IS a problem.

No lie! It's always a nail-biting ride from Monroe all the way up to I-70 what with all the construction zones and lane shifts. There isn't a single gas pedal eased up on, whether the vehicle's a Smart Car or a semi. 75 is the only road in Ohio that's as much of a b*tch to drive on as your typical New England highway or street.
I blame it on the Michiganders and Canadians.
