Anybody have Cincy Bell Fioptics TV? I can only find reviews at least a year old, and am aware the TV box software was considered less than stellar then, even compared to TW Cable's. Any recent users here?

I have it and it's fine for me. Sometimes I have to reset the box but it occurs very infrequently (twice so far) and they're helpful if you need assistance. It's decently priced with the internet ($90 after the $70/mo. promo for 6 months) which is incredibly nice if you want a nice-sized cable package alongside a 100M home internet connection.

I would recommend it.

Cincinnati Bell just brought their fiber optic service into our neighborhood. They were Johnny on the spot in canvassing for new accounts. From the trucks in the neighborhood I see installing service they must be doing alright. I was not thrilled about changing our email addresses (the wife and I each have one), so I called Time Warner and asked them what they were going to do. They immediately dropped the cost for my current service, the Digital HD package plus two set receivers and updated the RR to the Turbo version undercutting Bell. It is good to have competition for a change.
