Default New developments in SW Ohio...

Since i will be moving down there in a few weeks im very excited to start up at my new job in downtown Cincinnati. I have been getting emails on some of the new projects that i will be facing when i get to Cincy. There are a lot of them. I will currently be working on a new condo development, about 4 miles west of downtown Cincy. Also hopefully i can make it even bigger and help out with the Banks project along Cincinnati's middle Riverfront. Also, Cincinnati is planning on building a new skyscrapper called the Queen City Tower, its always great news when a city is about to build a new skyscrapper. It always shows how progressive the city is moving. Its even good news for cities like Chicago and New York. Now QCT will be about 40 stories and over 650 feet tall, making it the tallest building in Cincinnati, and a very nice feature to the eastern skyline.

I know a lot of people are attracted to the progressivness of an area. Well SW Ohio is booming and i can tell you the Cincinnati metro is going through some huge changes. If anyone has any new developments going on in SW Ohio i would really like to know. If anyone needs any about Cincinnati and its metro i would be glad to help. If anyone is interested in downtown Cincinnati as a possible relocation there are many lofts getting built and converted into lofts, as well as many new condos being built. Its always good news to hear about something else being built.

paint----you need to become the new spokes person for Cincinnati. I have read alot of your posts and can not believe that you were not born and raised here. Others should be as proud of the Cincinnati area as you. Thank you

I came across your message regarding your excitment about moving to Cincinnati and it would appear you may be involved in real estate development. I am looking to relocate to Cincinnati and have been looking for opportunities with land development firms. I was wondering if you have any contacts of firms that in the area?
I have 10 plus years of experience in land development, primarily in multi-family, but some in commercial. I prefer to be in retail/commercial and mixed use, but will consider any type of land development.
I hope to hear from you. Thanks !
