I was wondering how is the Cincinnati area as a whole for paralegal, legal assistant jobs. More or less like entry level. I have a BA but not tons of experience.

There was a lot of layoffs of paralegals over the past two years. I think that has turned around a little.

I was just looking on craigslist since I live in another city, just trying to gather information and it appears that for a city the size of Cincy, not to many listings for legal professionals.

The legal community is very large here and there may be as many as 1000 paralegals at work here. There is an organization and you can probably find it. I'll be in court with some of the large firm lawyers from the biggest firms on Wed. and I'll ask if anyone is hiring and what the prospects are.

Thank you very much. That would be so helpful. I'm glad to hear that it is very large as where I coming from, it has nothing.
