My family(2 adult +1 young kid ) is going to relocate here and we need find a short term lease to live for couple months since this september .

We just need a basic equipement in the kitchen and bathroom, just like the regular apartment facilities.

We don't care the place is rental property-owned apartment or private house.

If interested, please email me doudou0716@gmail.com , Jason ) the street ,lease term & rate you could offer us including your contact information. The pictures attached and more detail added about your place would also be much appreciated.

By the way, the place in the clifton area, U.of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's hospital or close places would be much prefered.

thanks for response. http://www.ucbbs.com/forum/Smileys/SoLoSMiLeYS1/cool.gif (broken link) http://www.ucbbs.com/forum/Smileys/SoLoSMiLeYS1/cool.gif (broken link) http://www.ucbbs.com/forum/Smileys/SoLoSMiLeYS1/cool.gif (broken link)

I bet you could find a lot of places near UC for between now and when school starts back in the fall. Someone will want someone else to sublet from them, they usually post fliers all over campus.

I've seen a few short term leasing signs around the Clifton Gaslight area recently, just finished apartment hunting. There are also a lot of apartments in that area that lease for 9 months (due to the school year) so you may want to check out the rental companies in the area. I stick by Gaslight Property but they tend to do 1 year leases only. Uptown Rents had a few 9 month apartments available when I was looking. Good luck!
