would you rather have (for the money involved, ie: which places are the busiest for both lunch and dinner, or either one?):

bartender at maggianos
server/bartender at via vite
server/bartender at nada

trying to work 10-15 hrs a week with only one night shift.. so busy lunches are a necessity as they'll be a bulk of my "income".. anyone have some input?

i heard people really don't go to maggianos to drink so much, especially during lunch, so not sure how that'd work.. the other two are downtown but may involve more serving, which typically makes less than bartending. would the higher check averages, say likely at nada, be the best (even if serving?)
