Hello. I am looking for some information on your local new home builders and the newer communities. The only one I am aware of is M/I. Can you please tell me of any others? Also, in the Mason area where are there new communities going in?

Thank you in advance

M/I is a low quality builder who has higher price points in the Mason area. I wouldn't buy a custom home from M/I.

I suggest you look at Robert Lucke Homes for Mason. They are located in Mason and have been there for 50 years. As a custom builder, they have built everything from 200k to 2mm.

Would you be able to recommend a builder in the Anderson Township / Mt Washington area? I am looking at a smaller house to be custom built. Thanks

A good recommendation as to quality, but as to price definitely on the high end. I suggest looking at the development on the old Western Row Golf Course property. I understand it includes a variety of styles and sizes. It is a M/I development but I disagree they are slock. If you are not building to certain price points today you are just a robber baron.

Mrs. Brill? Uh No, just the return of a banned member, just like I'm Retired Now, Quick Thinker, Adult Education and Retired Professional in the Non Romantic Relationships forum.

New developments in Mason: Alverta (M/I), Carmelle (Drees, John Henry, Fischer, Robert Adams , Willow Brooke (Ryan), Walnut Meadows (Potterhill, Lucke), Roberts Park (M/I), Chestnut Hill (Zicka, Pendragon, Walker), Boxwood Farm (J&K),Long Cove still has some lots left, Reserves of Bethany (Lucke), Cristo is picking up a bunch of random lots in already - developed neighborhoods such as Cherry Brook, Drees has one in Cherry Brook, Lucke has a new build on Cox-Smith... most depends on your price range.
Drive through, see where you might want to live and try to determine a price range.

Keep in mind the property tax rates - the northern suburbs have some of the highest rates in the Cincinnati area. $400k home in Deerfield / Mason will cost you roughly $10k a year in property taxes.
