What parts of the Tri-State have the most mid-size businesses? By mid-size, I'm talking about 5-30 employees that have a dedicated office or warehouse space. I would like to find a neighborhoods with large amounts of these businesses, all within walking distance from one another. Thanks for any help.

Choose industrial parks and office parks.

Just from my observation by driving through, it seems that Blue Ash has a ton of smaller businesses in close proximity to each other.

Blue Ash also has a ton of businesses not so small in the Blue Ash Industrial Park along Reed Hartman Highway. These are courtesy of the Cincinnati Airport property purchased which failed and Blue Ash received the benefit.
