Default To rent out or stick out the selling

Ok --- I would like to get a general opinion

We are moving out of state, we currently have our house on the market and it is not moving very fast. So would you stick out the selling process or would you look into renting out your house until the market picks back up??????

Any info would be great.

I have two rental houses in Colerain Township and felt good about renting until this year. I had to evict one renter and the other that lived in the house for over 3 years did quite a bit of damage. I would suggest just a 6 month lease instead of 12 and also put in your lease that you can come in the house to change filters etc with notice. Location and value of the home is also something to consider when renting homes.
