There's been a very large influx of Asian families into the northern suburbs over the prior 10 years. Word has gotten out that they are welcome here and the schools are very good. There was an Enquirer article about the migration into Mason and pinpointed it to a few couples. They thrived here, told their friends, their friends told their friends, so on and so forth. My street in Mason I'm guessing is 20% Indian and 10-15% Chinese.....and at least half the new families moving in are of Asian descent.

My house is currently under contract, and yes, an Indian family living in a Loveland apartment is the buyer.
