I need to find someone with a small pickup truck to haul out some junk from the home I purchased in Covington. Leaves, some old wood, and general junk left over from the previous owner.

Can anyone recommend someone that will haul out junk like this to a local landfill?

Also, I have a couple of things that will need to be done around the place. Two new door locks installed and at some point, someone that knows how to hand a few kitchen cabinets.

Any recommendations as to who I can call to do this stuff for a reasonable price?

Great. Will you be available for an hour during a Saturday afternoon or Sunday in December? Not that much stuff really and I think even a small pickup can handle it all. Doors might take an additional hour.

Have you heard of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? They have trucks all over my neighborhood, parked in various locations. Just because I see those trucks parked day after day making no money, I am skeptical as to the rates. But it never hurts to call.

Never heard of them. But I will look into this if I cannot find someone through a referral.
