Smile Cincy Rec. League Teams

I am going to be moving to the Cincinnati area in the next couple of weeks and I was wondering how to get onto a team for any kind of recreational league sports. In Indianapolis, where I am moving from, the company that I worked for was very large and spoiled us with all kinds of leagues for the employees. I would like to stay active, and I play volleyball, basketball, flag football, and softball. I would be willing to try soccer. Is there a free agent list or anything like that? I also have a friend (the only person that I know in Cincy) that would like to get involved also. If you have any information, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

^I dont know about any teams, but i do know some areas where they have a lot of sports/recreational games going on. And thats at Cincinnati's awesome riverfront. They have miles upon miles of parks where they do recreational sports. Just thought i would give you an idea. I just moved to the Cincinnati metro myself. You will like it down here.
