The wife and I are in our seventies. We have basically devolved to watching two TV channels - METV and Hallmark Movie Channel. Of course we recognize they are all reruns. Hallmark is our favorite. Where else can you get 24 hours or more of Perry Mason or Matlock reruns on a weekend? On Saturday and Sunday mornings we awake to what - 3 hrs of 30 minute Mr Ed reruns.

We don't have a DVR hookup so nothing to complain about there. We don't have a DVR because there is nothing we want to record and play back later. Over 90% of broadcast TV we ignore to begin with, so why record it?

When we surf channels it is the PBS channels, the various versions of the History Channel, and the aforementioned METV and Hallmark Movie Channel. If we exhaust them with nothing of our interest, then it is TNT, AMC, and the like until we just leave something on to lull us asleep.

We only keep our current provider for the internet.

City-data has a strict policy regarding consumer complaints. Since the representative of Cincinnati Bell already answered, I'm going to close this thread instead of deleting it.
