Question park manor apartments

can anyone give me an oppinion on park manor apts. they are on wardall ave. the manager says they are nice and reasonably priced. but he also says they are safe. i would like another oppinion on this because i am kind of afraid the man will say anything to rent an apartment. i am not really looking for anything fancy just some place where the cops are not swarming the place constantly and i dont have to worry about getting mugged in the parking lot. any info would help. thanks

Well, I'm not actually familiar with that particular complex, and it's been YEARS since I was in that part of Cincinnati. But they look relatively nice enough from the aerial shots I've seen of them, and I doubt the police are swarming all over that place. I wouldn't worry about getting mugged in the parking lot, either. How long would you be staying there?

not sure yet , still thinking about moving to cincy but that was one of the places i have called and checked on. i am not too familiar with cincinnati but i have friends who live there and my husband went to school there. i have a friend that lives in price hill and i am surprised by what i read on here about that neighborhood, everytime i have gone to visit the place seemed really quiet and the people around were really friendly.

I've got a friend who lives a few blocks away, at Epworth and Hull, and it's a quiet neighborhood. Nothing more than the usual urban hazards of screeching tires and skateboarding teenagers.
