A far greater concentration of which are in an urban environment. I made no such assumption.

So what are you saying? There is a far greater concentration of those responding in an urban environment? Maybe you have not recogncized, but those in an actual urban environment in Greater Cincinnati are actually in the minority!

So why don't we quit arguing about the Urban/Surburban thing and start discussing what may actually move Cincinnati forward?

Was a response to this list:

Was regarding the charge that I assumed "things to do" was a small subset of possible things to do:

your apparently very narrow definition of "things to do."

No. You completely misinterpreted what I said.

And let's just get this OP off to a new job in an new city in whatever enrivonrment he wants. I certanly have no problem with that. If he likes the atmosphere of Oakley, then live in Oakley. Just because I want to cite some circumstances which differ with your opinions I am totally out of touch with the current business world? Frankly, I do not believe the business world changes all that much year to year.

I bet that if you focused on actually helping the OP, there would be less space for attacks and misinterpretations
Just a thought.
Yac.

While I agree and support YAC's direction in this thread, I feel the need to point out that according to the US Census Bureau, those living in Cincinnati in an urban environment are the majority.

Urban 1,503,262
Metro 2,130,151

I'm out of this one.

I was trying to save OP from bad advice -- "move to suburbia to impress your boss."

If the US Census Bureau is correct, there is a 2/3 majority in an urban setting. So why are so many always complaining about suburban sprawl and how destructive it is? Appears we live in urban utopia.

Hey OP, ignore our bickering, it is rather normal. How are you coming with your housing search, made a decision yet? Or maybe you decided I don't want anything to do with these nuts in Cincinnati and decided to go elsewhere.
