Default Hamilton, Middletown, Maineville or Franklin for Insurance Agency?

Our family just relocated to Cincy from San Diego to raise our young kids near their grandparents. For that reason we will probably settle in the Mason area next year. ( renting in Loveland right now )

I am going to open an insurance agency with one of the big name companies.
The areas they need an agent the most are:

Hamilton- zip 45011 (east side)
Middletown- zip 45044
Maineville- zip 45039
Franklin- zip 45005

I've read the posts regarding these areas and will very much appreciate any additonal input about the long-term commercial viability of these areas. Thanks.

Super dave-
The target area you are looking for your company I believe, is perfect.
The demigraphics for Hamilton Township- Mainville/South Lebanon,
I came across for this area is amazing.
I can email this info to you if you like. This should help.
