How much snow is on the ground in downtown Cincy or Covington right now? Need to know if I need to get down there to shovel my walk. And is more snow on the way for later this week?

About 5 inches. What ever melts freezes over night.

There was more snow farther south. You definitely need to shovel your snow if you're responsible for keeping the walk clean.

(what a pain.)

Supposedly we're done until Saturday.

Yeah about 5 inches, more snow is on the way on Saturday. Right now they are saying only 2 inches but as we get closer the amounts will get higher.

Sounds like the snow may be followed by rain on Saturday. That may melt most of the ice and snow. Here in Indy we are going to get another few inches though which is going to make highway travel difficult. Looks like I will have to wait another week.

By northern part do you mean northern Covington? Because we live in Miami Heights and we got at least 5 inches and the totals were similar in surrounding areas.
