Default Moscow to Cincinnati

How far is Moscow to Cincinnati at rush hour? I would like to live along the river or with a water view, and am wondering if this is possible.

Tell me some small towns along the river up and down from cincy and why you think they would be great places to live. I like being in a town for convenience but am sick of the heavy traffic noise where I now live.

I grew up in southern Ohio but know it's changed a lot.

I bet it would take at least an hour. New Richmond is a little closer, but don't believe anyone that tells you New Richmond is a 20-minute drive from Cincinnati; if they do, they're talking about the eastern border of Cincinnati and not downtown.
