The city of Memphis contains most of the people in its entire metro area.

Cincinnati on the other hand takes up a very small percentage of its metro area, land area and population.

Its safe to say the Cincinnati metro has nearly 1 million more people than the Memphis metro.

Default Cleveland

Cleveland and other cities are far to entrenched to be taken over by any city coming in, enhanced to a degree, but taken over, never.

I used to live in Cincy for a year.

I lived in the no man zone. A block from the ghetto. One guy got shot over money a block away from I lived. Then my bf seen a guy got shot in the back on his way home. So, Thats kinda freaky.
