you now what! i lived in otr most of my life i now its got its problems but don't dis down town i have ties to river side and lower price hill and some in ky and ind. so don't dis the place i grw up i love it their i am not saying im going to hurt any one who says any thing bad about otr becuse every one has their point of view

Yea, well, my point of view is that OTR is a good place to get yourself shot if you go down trying to buy drugs or sex. And, I have no patience with lowlife street thugs of which OTR has a surplus.

but the one place that is not tide to the river side gang is down town for some reson i know for a fact they are not down town cuz of all cops going around the blocks every ten min.s

the gang i most edmier would be the LK and the bloods but thats just me the reson is their how they are org. ya now but i hope they don't come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
