On 12th street just a few blocks east of I 75. Have not tried it yet but the next time I get to Covington, I will plan to try something on the menu. It's called Fika and the following article has additional information about what they sell and the hours of operation.

Polly's New Fave: Swedish coffee and pastries

Hopefully it is better than IKEA. I was there last weekend. BLAH! I haven't eaten in Ikea for years and those are frozen swedish meatballs. As an aside, I have been coming to Cincinnati for years frequently, but never spent much time in NKY. The beautification of Covington is great and I am impressed with the local restaurant scene there.

The key to making those meatballs edible is to fry them in a little butter. Baking them is not the right way to prepare them regardless of what the instructions say.

Bear in mind IKEA is an international chain store. Can't expect the food to be a knock off of home made.

As it is really the only Scandinavian restaurant sans IKEA I'll be sure to try it soon. Would love a new Nordic restaurant in OTR ala Fällviken or Noma, but pigs will likely fly before that occurs.

Yes, hamburger (and steak) should be fried in butter (not margarine, oleo, oil, lard or anything else) but just try to tell people that and you will be viewed as unbelievable. ...So, I'm agreeing with you here.

My Grandmother and Mother used to make Swedish Meatballs and I am quite certain they were never baked but fried in butter. May have been parbaked for a bit but ultimately I recall they came out of a frying pan before hitting the dinner table.
