Question Anderson info

I'm considering a move from Northern Virginia to Anderson. I'd like to get some general cost estimates:

1) state taxes, local income tax (if any)
2) property taxes
3) average utility costs (assume 2500-3000 sq ft house, 2 adults, 2 kids). I'm looking for natural gas, electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling.
4) insurance costs for 2 family sedans
5) homeowner's insurance costs
6) sales tax

What is the job market like for IT professionals?

And if anyone has made this move recently, how to overall costs of living (except housing) compare to Northern Virginia?

Thanks.

Anderson is much less expensive than Virginia an average 4 bedroom 2.5 bath will run you around 350k with the taxes estimated at 1.5% of your sales
price. On even billing
energy will be approx. 200-300 per month and water is billed every 3 months we average 360 every 3 months with 4 kids and the house is 3800 sq. ft.
IT professionals are in demand everywhere
!!!
We are in Turpin Hills in Anderson and it is wonderful!

Thanks for the information. Do you know how much auto and homeowner's insurance will run? I currently pay about 1200/yr for auto and 600/yr for homeowners.
