I loved that place. Lower level. As soon as you entered the 'tunnel' you could smell it.

I worked at Swifton in maintenance in the 60s. Our office was in the tunnel

Oh jeez, Your stomach must have been grumbling all the time. I liked the baked Italian lunch meat hoagie, the edges a little burnt. Of course the Steak hoagie with mushroom sauce was great too.
