YAY!!!!GO REDS.I recall when we lived there my stepbrother was manager of the manor he would take my sister and I to watch the Reds play.We always got to sit on the ground level seats next to 3rd base.No such luck now,getting seats that close.Wow those were the days.

No Jeannie I'm not holding my breath. but it was fun being in it all year and making the playoffs. wait till next for REDS!!!! Bengals are a different story, i don't expect much from them......

Jerry, I am with you, I love my Reds !!! Bengals, like you said is a different story...I pull for them because they are the Cincinnati team, but would be surprised if they win a game. LOL Hyden

Default Garry L. Higgins

It is always sad when we hear that someone from the Manor has passed away...Garry L. Higgins passed away this week....I believe he was in the same grades as my brother Charles Hyden Jr. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all that knew him... Hyden ........ Here is his obituary :

Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Garry, a resident of near Bethel, died suddenly October 18, 2010 at the age of 59 years. Funeral service 11:00 AM Friday October 22, 2010 at E.C.Nurre Funeral Home Bethel. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Burial Williamsburg Township Cemetery, Williamsburg, Ohio.

Jerry, Look at the class pictures and see if Garry Higgins is in any of them....Linda is in a couple of Jr.s pictures and she said she had him in class , so maybe he would be in one of the class pictures. Thanks Jerry......Hyden

Hi Jeannie, Garry is in the first 3 class pictures on page 31(top row). 4th, 5th, and 6th grades.. He is next to Jr. in each one. They had the alphabetical seating order going on...Ha Ha....G eventually grew into his ears...H H you know G and my sis Sandy 'went steady ' for awhile!!
