Chili Time was the diner in my list. I think Chili Time is pretty good, though I'd never tell someone they need to drive to St. Bernard to eat there. It's nice to have a place that's open late.

Had to Edit.... If you're talking about the BLUE GIBBON, I think it is. I haven't been in there in years. I don't think it's actually in St. Bernard. It's in
Cincinnati. But very near.

I think it's called Wok Inn. Used to go to the Blue Gibbon occasionally--thought it was not great but okay--until I got carryout with a LONG hair in it one time. I know stuff like that happens, but it's made me not enthused about going back.

Thanks! Living in Lexington, there was some cheap Chinese food especially near UK that wasn't real great quality or meaty, but it was still pretty good. I actually didn't experience horrible Chinese food till I moved back here, and over time I've accumulated three or four places where I honestly didn't realize it could be made to taste that bad. China Chef on Colerain is one, as is the highly touted China Gourmet in Hyde Park, where I was served tough, tasteless beef that seemed to have had half a bottle of fake smoke flavoring poured into it.

Apologies for diverging off topic.

WE went to Blue Gibbon for nostalgia a while back (wife and I used to go there for lunch). The place was so filthy I wanted to hurl. My feet stuck to the carpet and I could not put my hands on the table. I'd never go back. I'd rather eat from a vending machine. I'd rather eat at the soup kitchen. I'd rather eat from a dumpster. Well, maybe not from a dumpster.
