I lived in the Manor from 63 - 66. Came from Madisonville in K-Garten and started school at Eastwood elementary in 1st grade thru the middle of 4th grade and we moved back to Madisonville. I went to Lyon jr. h.s. and Withrow H's. Would have been the "Class of 75" I dropped out in 73.
We lived at 5054 Strathmore drive. I lived across the hall from Dennis Worley and his sister Loretta. I remember Mike and Tom Smart, as well as their sister Lois. I also remember Steve Henderson. Last time I saw him was in 75 when I had an apt.in Northside. I don't think he remembered me until I started naming names from the manor

I remember playing baseball in the field near the woods by the laundromat. I also remember roller skating in the laundromat and being chased out by the patrons there. I also remember the farm. We use to feed the farmers' horse apples. We called him Hoss the Horse. I remember the popsicle man. We always tried to ride on his back bumper after he left an area.

i remember Mrs. Mcarthy was the Principal at Eastwood Elementary. Mrs.Guinard was my 3rd-grade teacher. And Miss Runion was new.

I also remember the graveyard. We use to ride our bikes there and actually had a circle race track. There was dead man's curve.

I'm new to this site. I just got this computer last weekend. I thought it was time for me to join the 21st century. I really enjoy reading about of these postings.

Hope to hear from someone from my time frame, be it from the manor or Madisonville.
