I was driving in Blue Ash on Tuesday and was coming to a yellow light. Halfway through the intersection the light turned red.I noticed that there were cameras at the intersection. I was wondering if I would be ticketed for this? If so I'll gladly pay the ticket. Also, does anyone know how long it would take the ticket to arrive in the mail?

On a side note... I called the Blue Ash Police Department to find out if I was ticketed. I explained my situation and I was wondering if I could be ticketed for telling them about my situation over the phone? All I told them was my name. I just don't want to be ticketed twice for the same thing.

You never know, those could've been dummy cams!
There's no such thing as "double jeopardy" for turning yourself in. All 911 calls are recorded and traceable, but you're being wildly paranoid over all this. Most likely you won't be ticketed given that you say you were in the intersection before the light changed. (It'd be a different story if you were still approaching the corner, then gunned it to try and beat the red light.)
Any ticket would be mailed out the day after your plate number's run, and the USPS delivery turnaround time from the postmark is 1-3 days depending on where in the country you are. So if you don't get any "official business" correspondence from the City of Blue Ash by next Wednesday, you beat the rap. Here's to that!

No, those were probably surveillance cameras. Assuming they actually were "red-light cameras," they turn on when the light turns red. Those systems and photo-speed traps have been in existence for more than 30 years, but they were never used in the US. Some small communities here and there used the photo-speed traps.

Ohio law is currently written so that you pay a fine, but don't accumulate points on your license, because the ticket has to be written by a police officer, of course that could change.
