Saylor Park is a city neighborhood but it still nice and quiet with a small town feel.

I like Norwood and Cheviot - blue collar Joe havens and very walkable. No cookie cutter houses and sprawl in either.

Montgomery, Mariemont, Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Norwood, Clifton.
This is a tough one, very tough... I guess for me it's a toss up between Mt. Lookout or Clifton.
