I lived in Hamilton, OH. I remember Willy Thaul and Rinks Bargain Barn. Did you ever go shopping at Hall's.?
I remember Willie interviewing Dick the Bruiser and the big villain ripped Willie's hat in two. I think it turned out that Willie had worn that hat for years and years and I don't think he was amused.
Wasn't Hall's a clothing store at one end of a strip mall on Route 4?
And Karl Krauser, Handsome Johnny Barend, Magnificent Maurice and Sweet Daddy Siki - brought to us by Omar Williams from Hare Arena in Dayton!
Yow, we've all forgotten about Baron Fritz von Raschke! He'd goose-step around the ring with his shaved head and knee-high black boots before whaling on the "jobber" of the day. Gee, wonder what his character was supposed to represent?
Okay, does anyone remember Bowling for Dollars? I think the skipper himself aka Glenn Ryle was the MC. That was a bid thing as one of my friends brothers aspired to be a winner on the show. I don't think he ever made it.
I remember Rinks and I remember Zayers. Also wasn't there a "Cash Amburgee" or something like that? I think he used to sell cars live during some of the Saturday movie matinees on WXIX. I believe that was on just before the Outer Limits would come on. ".....do not try to adjust your television, the problem is not in your set...." Frightened the "bigeebees" out of me!

"Come see Cash D. Amburgy at Cash's Big Bargain Barn in South of Leebanon Ohio where you Save Cash With Cash!"
