Almost anything in Clermont County within 5-10 miles of I-275 along Rt 32 is suburbia.

Blanchester is more self-contained but 'in the sticks' than Williamsburg, which no doubt has become more suburban since the last time I was there. Williamsburg is more accessible to Cincinnati via Ohio 32; Blanchester is out Ohio 28 past Goshen and is more accessible to Wilmington or even Hillsboro than Cincinnati.

it is out there, in the sticks. it is basically small town southern ohio but with more traffic from cincinnati.

Williamsburg is obviously a separate town in Clermont Co. However there is also another Williamsburg in the Cincinnati area, the Williamsburg Apartment Complex at 200 West Galbraith Rd. Whern new years ago it was a very nice complex. Since it is reasonably close to Wyoming I assume it is still reasonably nice. Does anyone live there?

I wouldn't say that it's still considered "desirable", but I wouldn't describe it as "bad" either. If you were single/newlywed and needed an affordable place to live with quick access to Cross County/75 it wouldn't be the worst choice.
