You will see more. ALOT more as Oil prices balloon eve nmore in the future. Employers will look for a more centralized location. It's already starting to happen with a mason choosing Downtown as it's base business, because of it's centralized location.

Yes, I do agree with you Unusualfire with that being a very possible case. Up here in Lake County (30 miles east of Cleveland) things are becoming more centralized and many times people are working from home via Remote Desktop to their work servers, using phone conference as their means of communication. I'm hearing more and more about that being the case almost every other week along with the centralization aspect you mentioned. I wouldn't doubt that Cincinnati/Cleveland would act in tandem, which happens 80% of the time anyway in every other possible instance. There are so many Cincinnati connected business up here, it's no wonder.
