Default Grand Oaks Subdivision, Anderson

I have seen that neighborhood and it is in a perfect location. If you look on Zillow.com at the estimated value of those houses versus what they are paying, the homes are a great deal. I love the two houses when you first enter the subdivision. Happy House Hunting! And the builder is Chris Rogers but his company is Christopher Robins Homes. He is a very reputable builder of 25+ years. He has done many Homerama Homes in the past in Cincy.
