Government (combination of city/state/federal) is paying for new street infrastructure and a giant riverfront park. Basically, the stuff that's normally a public expense.

Private developers (in this case Carter Dawson) are paying to build the actual buildings.

There's some talk about the federal government paying for "caps" over I71, but that is preliminary.

The gov't is also paying for the parking garages, which is what held up the project for so many years.

Great American Tower is about to break street level! And I wish the Banks webcam would get back online.

I keep seeing government is paying for.. they should never have the government pay for infrastruture when it realtes to a private project, it should be covered privately. Government means we covered it, after all.
