I agree we want people from the suburbs to come downtown, but building more suburbs in the heart of a city isn't a great way to do it.

I used to have the newspaper article somewhere. Moved so many times since, it's missing.

I'd like to hope that you're not accusing me of being a racist.
Edit: Never mind. I'm quite certain you're aware of the different projects taking place in the suburbs, Cincy-Rise. I don't have the finesse for posting photos and other information that you do. There are the projects going up around Union Centre Blvd in West Chester, the new GE headquarters in West Chester, the proposed Liberty Towne Square, the outlet mall coming to Monroe, the new medical centers being built, etc. Try Google.....it's amazing.

I had no idea what it meant. But I'm not starting on the whole "cultural" thing again.
As I said, I should just leave this thread. I'm sure at some point people will start putting down West Chester and other suburbs, and I frankly don't feel like going on the defensive all the time.

Oh, what they're doing to the old Enquirer building!!!!!!
Is it still all ornate brass at the entrance? Is the revolving door still there? The elevators still pretty?
Is the bare-butt printer medallion still on the lobby floor?
I worked there for a while - my mom worked there for 35 years. Have a serious soft spot for 617 Vine!
