I imagine clifton in Cincinnati would possibly work for you, but I'd wait for some more comments because their are people far more knowledgeable than I. Northside is a possibility but I'm not sure if there is any one place with a larger number of Europeans.

I moved here last September and live in Burlington. We also moved here because my husband got a job and he works in Florence. Where in Europe are you from? I am actually Portuguese, which you do not find here and my husband is Puerto Rican, also not found much around here. I hear wonderful things about Burlington, kY and I have loved living here. There is so much to do. The schools are great too.

I would say the best area for Europeans would have to be Hyde Park or Beechmont area..They are close to the river and not far from Florence and not huge traffic problems...Clifton is very scary at times and Northside is not much better. If your looking for a more small town feel I would say Cheviot on the West side of town. It's not very scary and pretty small and not as expensive as Beechmont or Hyde Park..I've lived here my whole life and have lived in every part of this city.
