I agree. There is logical fear, and illogical fear. Cincinnatians have illogical fears with black areas for the most part. I recognize this, and I am from a rural all white (and racist) town. Moving to Cincinnati has been an eye opener for me. Cincinnati, I feel, is a city with the heart of a small rural town that is scared of change, and scared of diversity.

I agree with everything you said, except for the part that the problem lays more-so outside of the city of Cincinnati, than inside it.
