i'll be moving to cincy in the next few months, and i'm curious about mortgages nowadays. are lenders requiring borrowers to put up a larger down payment, or can you still get a loan with little down?

10 % is widely accepted. Try Peoples Community Bank. They work well with mortgages especially for first time buyers. If you know the right neighborhoods to look in Cincy, there are many great deals to be had.
