I am a young, single person (25, to be exact) who wants to move from the small town in Pennsylvania that I am living in. One of the cities I would like to do more research on is Cincinnati.

I am full of questions, so please bear with me here. How is the job market in Cincinnati? Are landlords judgmental? (I have BAD credit due to stupidity in my younger years, and I am working on fixing that as we speak) And where are the safest (and less expensive) areas in the city?

I am also willing to live in Norwood, or Covington/Newport, KY, so any info on those areas are appreciated as well.

As someone bad credit yes I can tell you it will be hard to find a landlord that wont make you pay $1000 extra dollars, but it is possible usually within smaller 4 family units that are ubundant. Stay away from covington and be extremelly picky with norwood. Newport is ok but tends to be expensive. I live on the westside so that's all I can really comment on. Covedale, cheviot, bridgetwon, Dent and Delhi are all safe neighboorhoods. Good luck
