Listen...I went to college in Cinci, moved to Chicago for about 4 years, headed back to Cinci for a few months, and now have been living in NYC. If you want to live somewhere with something going on, or at least make you have that "metropolitan" feel, rent downtown!! DON'T GET SUCKED INTO THE BURBS!!

I have a brand new 2br/2bth penthouse loft down on W. 5th St. that I'm looking to rent out (current tenants bought house in TN). Let me give the usual spill...

Enjoy urban style living in the downtown central business district, and having secure downtown parking at all times! 2 block walk from football stadium, fountain square, P&G and all downtown restaurants/bars, museums, and attractions! This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, loft style apartment is ready to be rented immediately.

Over 1,550 square feet, penthouse floor of the building, 17ft. ceilings, with a beautiful view of downtown and fireworks on the river!

Two parking spaces in a secured garage,
Brand new washer & dryer, all stainless steel appliances, and 50" TV and entertainment center -- all included with the rental.
Incredibly large, walk-in closets.
Dogs and cats are allowed.

Perfect for professionals, couples, or students. Rent is $1,400 per month for 12 months.

Shouldn't this be in the Classified Ads forum here at CD?

On a side note, don't get suckered into thinking that urban living is the end all/be all of existence. Boredom is subjective, and not all people are bored by suburban living.
