I was about to suggest that but you beat me to it. Oxford OH would be way too far and if the price of gas went back up to $4/gallon you would be screwed. Bright IN is nice, but Jamison Rd. or N. Dearborn Rd. is a nightmare to drive on when the roads are slick and those are the only two roads to Harrison/ I-74, State Line Rd. to US 50 is no better. Both places would be over an hour away in rush hour traffic. I-471 is a much easier drive to Sawyer Point than I-71/74/75 ever would be. I have been a truck driver in the area for 19 years so I know of what I speak.

What are the cities/areas I would definitely like to avoid?
My concerns here are safety, crime rate, trashy looking neighborhood, etc.
