Default 1st time home buyer..Marquis Homes/Drees

We are getting ready to purchase a Marquis home from Drees (Fillmore model) and I was wondering if anyone has heard any good or bad about them. This is our 1st time home purchase so any suggestions or comments would help. Anything to look for or questions to ask the Realtor. We are building in the Independence area..

Thanks

FYI

You may want to check out these links about Drees, they just lost a huge $4.75M lawsuit for negligience which caused severe mold contamination in a brand new $900,000 home!! Also check out Home | HADD - Home Owners Against Deficient Dwellings and www.HOBB.com for great info on builders and new homes.
