I need advice on "tourist" activities. My parents, who are in their late 60's, will be visiting for several days next week, and I need to find something to do with them so they aren't just sitting around the house feeling bored every day. We have only lived here a few months, so I'm really not sure what to show them in the area. Hopefully they will visit again when the weather gets warmers so we can do some good outdoor things... I heard next week is still supposed to be quite chilly - they are coming from 70 degree weather and really don't appreciate the cold! Any suggestions are most appreciated. Thanks!
The zoo, but it is kinda cold, the Freedom Center is pretty cool. The Carew Tower Observation Deck. Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park in Hamilton. Contemporary Art Center, Taft Museum, Union Terminal [even if you don't go to the museums], Findlay Market on Saturday [hit up the $3 wine tasting]
